Photographing wild garlic in Danish woodlands.

The month of May is a wonderful time in Denmark marked by the blooming of wild garlic. Over the years I have made it a tradition to go out and capture this beautiful phenomenon - and this year I want to share my knowledge with you.

Come with me for a guided photo walk into Danish woodlands to capture the beautiful wild garlic blooms in golden light. We will be focusing on camera settings, composition and general tips for photographing forests.

The workshop will be held on Sjælland but the exact location will be defined once the weather forecast is more accurate in order to give us the best chance of getting good light and hopefully some fog as well if possible.

Transport

You will receive the meeting point prior to the workshop. You are responsible for reaching the meeting point yourself, as I am not allowed to drive customers myself due to regulations in Denmark.

If you need transportation and do not have the option to drive, I can help facilitate car pooling with other participants. Please let me know if you need this in the booking form.

What to bring

• Camera gear. Any camera and lenses you have available + filters. The guidance will be adapted to your gear.

• Waterproof shoes, long pants. We might walk in muddy or wet areas.

• Tripod.

• Snacks and water. Food is not included.
