We will offer you a full refund of your purchase within 30 days of delivery upon the following claims*:

• The item you received was damaged in transport due to improper packaging;

• The item never arrives or more than 30 days have passed since your purchase and you have not received your item.

• The item does not match the description on the website.

In this case, the you as a customer have two options:

• Have a full refund issued, or

• Have the item replaced without any additional cost

*The claim has to be made within 30 days from when the product is delivered or within 45 days from when the product was purchased if the item was never received. In certain cases, the seller (Landscapes Of The North) is entitled to request visual proof of damage, condition of the product or receipt of delivery in order to verify the legitimacy of the claim. Failure to comply with the request may result in a refund not being issued. This is enforced to protect potential abuse of the 30-day refund policy and cover mishandling damage of the print after it was delivered.

In the case of late delivery or lost item, the seller will first initiate an investigation with the delivery company in order to locate the item before deeming it lost. Once the item is considered lost, the refund or replacement will be initiated.

Landscapes Of The North Returns Policy

We do not accept returns of physical products (at present fine art prints) due to the made-to-order processing which makes each print unique to each order. Refunds will be issued for orders which fulfill the conditions above in the Refund Policy.

Landscapes Of The North Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not accept exchanges of one product with another.

Shipping

• The free shipping delivery option for fine art prints is done using PostNord and is untracked

• Upon placing an order, you will receive a package number which is only for reference in case of late arrival or lost item when making a claim

• Free untracked shipping can take longer than expected to deliver, with delivery times of up to 21 working days for orders outside Europe.

• The seller (Landscapes Of The North) is responsible for properly packing and securing the items for transport but is not responsible for any damage that occurs during unpacking, handling and framing of the print.
